Rachel Wilson has been living in Tucson AZ for over twenty years, holding both a PhD and a law degree from the University of Arizona. She has long advocated for the rights of immigrants while working for Justice for Janitors, Southern Arizona Legal Aid and the Asylum Program of Southern Arizona. As a public defender, she won a precedent-setting case protecting the rights of children. In 2009, she was named Legal Aid Attorney of the Year by the State Bar of Arizona. She has lived abroad multiple times and is fluent in Spanish and Russian. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Olesya Pomazan graduated from the Philosophy department of Tomsk State University as a sociologist. She then studied in Moscow for a Masters degree at the Institute of Sociology of the Russian Academy of Sciences. She also participated in several social science research studies as a co-author, supervisor, and interviewer. Therefore, her expertise is people: what they do in society. This skill has enabled her to facilitate the cross-cultural issues inherent in immigration. Since 2004 she has owned her own business in which she assists foreign businesses.
